What it covers
This unit aims to immerse students in the core concepts of business process analysis, modelling, and management. The application of these skills is crucial for organisations to improve efficiency, streamline operations, and drive strategic decision-making. Students will develop the requisite skills to model business processes, including those involving external entities (i.e., in supply chain activities). The unit also examines the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) on business process analysis, design, and automation. Through real-world cases, students will explore how these technologies contribute to process improvement and enhance strategic value..
