What it covers
This unit provides a comprehensive examination of the Indonesian legal system with a focus on business-related legal frameworks. You will gain an understanding of Indonesia's unique legal landscape, including its civil law foundations, Islamic influences, and customary elements. The course covers essential business law topics including contracts, consumer protection, torts, privacy laws, and business organizations.
