What it covers
Effective coordination of business functions and their activities is essential to the achievement of organisational goals. In this capstone unit you will draw on the knowledge and skills developed throughout your degree, to contribute to a cross functional team in a simulated business environment. Your recommendations and actions will need to embrace the principles of equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) whilst balancing the needs and considerations, such as profit, ethics and sustainability, of a variety of stakeholders. Your unique professional identity will be honed through a process of reflective thinking whilst you actively recommend, make and justify business decisions.
